 Although it is difficult now to take a class, read a newspaper, or watch the evening news without hearing about the Internet, most of us can probably remember when the Internet as we know it did not exist. In the last second decade ,Internet is growing quickly is an understatement,the users of it are increase every year.
 
The history of the Internet starts in the 1950s and 1960s with the development of computers.  The Internet is a network of national and international computers that allows access to an interconnected Web of information. In late 60s, ARPANET is a first prototype that was develop by The Department of Defense.

On that time,Goverment and military use network that called ARPANET to maintain a nationwide communication .In 80s , NSFnet was found that provide high speed connections between computer around the worlds.

NSFnet can transmitted the information  through the text based gophers,newsgroup,mailing list and electronic mail.But it limit only for goverment and universities researcher only

In 90s,World Wide Web was develop for make accesed through easy to use browser such as Netscape and Internet Explorer .It provides the users easy to navigate and user friendly.As a result, millions people now use internet to keep touch with friends,trade stocks and conduct online classes.

Along with that growth, particularly in the field of education, have come changing attitudes about the value of the Web. During its early years, the WWW was touted to hold the potential to improve education and create a worldwide community of learners.

In my opinion, point of content in the articel can give me a knowledge about the background and history of internet.I very excited when read the article because I learnt a knew thing about a network that used by millions people everyday .....Internet can helps the people to make our life easy and happy
